MBI CFO Lisa Burbank was convicted last night for embezzlement and racketeering, crimes involving MBI as well as 3 other defense contractors. She stands to serve 5 years in prison. At her sentencing, Burbank vowed revenge on the board member who whistle-blew to the SEC, none other than CEO Milton B Lemons.
