At 8:35AM this morning, the MBI site at Lake Como, in New Jersey was hacked on-site and invaluable IP was stolen. This MBI IP is valued at 39M on the black market. The SEC and FBI are investigating the matter, and it has become evident that a board member was most certainly involved.
