Augustus Curoc, founder and former CEO of Curoc Co. initiated negotiations, then became despondent to all offers when the deal was contingent on the closure of his corporate offices and the dissolution of the Curoc Co. name. Kudos to our Strategic Management team for their hard work navigating such a delicate deal!
